Merry Christmas

This year has flown by... I never start Christmas shopping until after Owen's birthday (Nov 15th) since we always throw him a big birthday party. This year I didn't start shopping til Black Friday. I'm not sure if it's the pregnancy brain or what but this year Christmas snuck up on me-
We didn't get any Christmas pictures made, didn't send out any Christmas cards, nothing! 
I wanted this to be a big Christmas for Owen since it was his last one as an only child. Although we did slack on a couple things this year, Owen said this was the best Christmas ever!! And he was right! I don't think there was one thing that any of us wanted that we didn't get.

Music has always been a huge part of Bradley's life, wait- music has always been Bradley's life. Ever since Bradley & I got back together, almost two years ago, Bradley has not played music outside of our home or church. This weekend marks a year ago when hell was breaking loose at the Hooper household. My life was falling apart, Between lawyer appointments, looking for a house for Owen & myself, and trying to find a cheaper car I was stressed to the max! During this time I had went with my friend Elizabeth to a consignment sale with our little boys. I was a hot mess, constantly crying. Well on our way home I got pulled over by a cop, of course I was still a mess, & still crying. I couldn't find my insurance card or anything but the sweet man let me go with a warning ( I know it was because he felt sorry for me.) He said "slow down & I hope everything works out for you." I remember as soon as I left i called my mother (still crying) telling her "Something has got to give! I just got pulled over & the cop wouldn't even give me a ticket cause he felt so sorry for me!!"  One morning Bradley and I were texting about Owen then the conversation took a quick turn to how Bradley wanted his family back. He said he had watched the movie Heaven is for real and he had a dream that him, Owen and myself were a family again and we were in church living right. He said it was like God was telling him to quit being stubborn and stupid and to get his family back. What do you say that?? I remember my exact words were "I don't know what to say, you have a girlfriend!!" and he said " And would I drop her for my family? in the blink of an eye!!"
